While eBay has some strict rules about scalping, you can bet that the sales on other, less restrictive sites involve considerable premiums.
I’m conflicted over whether I should be proud of the little tykes for their entrepreneurial spirit, or pissed off at them for viewing PSU tickets as a shady money-grubbing venture.
