Scott Pleads Not Guilty

As expected, Nittany Lion (or ex-Nittany Lion, as the case may be) Austin Scott pleaded not guilty to rape charges at today hearing. The judge tossed out two felony charges of aggravated indecent assault (sometimes known as assault with a friendly weapon), but upheld the several misdemeanor charges against Scott. Scott and his attorney claim that while Scott admits to having sex with the alleged victim, the sex was consensual.
