Think the over/under for the storm is 18 inches – which is fairly routine for State College.
The ban on fans actually makes it more likely that the game will be played since they don’t have to clear snow off the stands. And the groundskeepers have a day and a half to clear off the field and the camera locations. The bigger issue is whether Illinois will be able to fly in and get to their hotel on Friday.
IMO The B1G wants State to have another win so that the Mayo Bowl will select them. If so, State better hope that they don’t have to play North Carolina. It would appear that the Kitties and the winner of the Minnesota/Wisconsin game will competing for the Mayo and Music City bowl bids.
