One pathologist in the medical examiner’s office in Pittsburgh decided to dig deeper when autopsying former Steelers center Mike Webster, who had gone from the top of the heap to the depths of despair and finally, to an early grave. His findings are astounding, as is the NFL’s attitude toward them.
